Steampunk Star Wars Desktops

Just a quick update. I resized each of the Steampunk Star Wars images to the proper dimensions for anyone who wants to use them as their desktop. They're all at 1280x960, so you should be able to use them at almost any resolution without stretching. Enjoy!

unfortunately i do find 1280x960 to be small. my monitor uses 1680x1050, and i won't use any images that stretch, could you upload some bigger versions please?

Edmund said...

I don't suppose you could make 1920x1200 versions? I have a giant monitor. ;)

They are so very sweet, do you think there's any chance you could do the Milennium Falcon, pretty please?

You are a very talented artist. I would like to know what the medium is? Pencil or grafite?
These are great where can we see more of your work?

This is amazing. I don't think Grievous would be too big of a stretch in this style. He's pretty much already there. I would like to see a Lando!

If this is the place to post requests, I'd love to see steampunk AT-ATs.....

Thanks for the comments everyone!

Guys with giant monitors: Heh, sorry these weren't big enough. I guess I underestimated how high some people set their resolution.

dave: These are all purely digital, done in Photoshop. You can see more of my work by going to my portfolio, the link is in the sidebar.

h.s. kinn: I hope to do the Millenium Falcon eventually. That will be a hard design to live up to.

dan: Oh, I plan on doing an AT-AT sooner or later. I've got some ideas brewing for it already.

mo' raisins: Thanks mom.

valerie: These aren't currently for sale, but I'm still looking into it.

Stunning, absolutely stunning...when are we gonna see Luke and Leia?

and also, do you have any plans to make this into a fully fleshed out story, like say a comic book?

Another vote from the huge-monitor crowd. 1920x1200 here.

Great stuff.

Great idea! I wish there was a 1600x1200 size, but I'm using it anyway with a black border.

Truly amazing art!

Great alternate visions. I've always thought of a thirties adventure serial version of Star Wars and in it, Chewie looked more like a dog too. 'Love your version of Jabba the Hut and Bib Fortuna, too.

I love the Han Solo and Chewbacca picture, so I took the liberty to colorize it. I wonder what colors that you used. Would be interesting to compare. :)

I hope you don't mind that I uploaded the image. Just mail me if you want me to remove the picture.

Eric's most highly excellent imagination

I think this is really sweet thinking and drawing. The style is pure steampunk; the characters are...twistedly true.

Bravo.
